Sprints customer service, or lack there of, is beyond horrible! I work in a call center, not for sprint(thank goodness!), and, if we treated our customers like your agents have treated me today, we'd be out of work! The first person that I spoke to said she was unable to assist me, but that her sup could. Ok, fair enough. I wait patiently while she puts in her notes, then wait while she finds a sup, then wait some more while she "transfers" me, although all she did was put me on hold, then she claimed sh was getting me over to her sup and hung up on me. I waited hoping she had the common courtesy, apparently unheard of at Sprint, to call back but no such luck. I again called back, trying to get my issue resolved and was sent to another department, completely understandable. The person I spoke to wasn't helping me much, so I requested an escalations specialist, who also was much help at all either, but in order to speak to escalations I had to wait on hold for a little over 35 MINUTES!! Not once did she come back on the line to assure me she was getting someone to help. I wasn't rude or discourteous, but the treatment I received definitely was. I just wanted to cancel one line, that was just opened last month, after being misinformed. I'm planning on canceling all three instead, because if you don't care about your customers when they are frustrated, yet being kind to you, when will you ever care? I'm thoroughly disgusted by the treatment I received over the phone today!

I had Sprint service for 5 years with a total of 4 lines in my name. My bill was never the same from month-to-month and whenever I called to complain about it, they would just give me the run-around. Finally, I moved to an area that didn't have Sprint coverage. In fact, I couldn't even call Sprint customer service from my own home. Whenever I tried, I would get an automated message that said "We're sorry, Sprint customer service is unavailable from your calling area." So naturally, I canceled all 4 lines and switched to AT&T... But that's not where the story ends. Three months after canceling my service, I get contacted by a collection agency who claims that I owe Sprint over $1,000 because my lines were still active (and I had no idea). Sprint kept my lines active for 3 months after I officially asked them to cancel all lines and then they expected me to pay for 3 months of service that I didn't even use. Now my credit has been damaged and there's nothing I can do about it. Sprint is a greedy, fraudulent company with no regard what-so-ever for decent customer care.

To say they least, everything about Sprint is fraudulant.... They publicly advertise UNLIMITED EVERYTHING, however they breach their own contractual agreements and cut the CUSTOMER for anything! For example, they advertise their Simply Everything & Everything Data plans include roaming coverage. However.... The 20 months i have been with them (with 3 phones on the plan) they have constantly harrassed us about "supposed" roaming. The service isnt all its cracked up to be. Sure they may seem to be the "cheapest plans" However, they are the epidemy of "you get what you pay for" I'm not fighting them anymore, i'm tired of being harrassed by them. I wouldnt recommend ANYONE to use Sprint.... I'd only encourage anyone else who have been wrongly cut by Sprint, to file a class action lawsuit. Sprint is guilty of corrupt, fraudulant and deceptive business practices. They dont even honor their own end of their contracts

Sprint 3g 4g wireless card is junk. I wish I would have never left Verizon 3g card. I should be on dial up as slow as it is and there customer service sucks.

sprint is the worst phone company to go under. I was with them for two days and i put 100.00 in advance for my first month bill so i wouldnt have to pay a big amount when i do get my first month bill. After the second day i realized that i was not satisfy with spint and cancelled with them. According to there 14 day satisfaction gurantee policy you get your full refund on equipment and service. it has been two months and i still have not received my 100.00. As i talk to four different supervisors the first two said i should be getting the full refund and to wait. But when i talked to the last two supervisor they explained to me that with the two days i was with them i was charged 95.00 and that was where my refund went towards. The last supervisor said that i had to pay for revolving months meaning i had to pay for the month of november and thats where my 100.00 went. I only had the phone from october 10 through 12 so i was unsure why i was charged for the month i didnt even have a phone with them. The supervisor said "well you can look at it that way but thats how sprint runs." Never go through sprint read all reviews before deciding that because they have the worst customer service and the worst phone service ever.
